Enzymes : These are the bio-catalyst synthesized by living cell they are protein in nature, colloidal & thermolabile in character also specified in their actions. There are 6 classes of enzymes 1. Oxido-reductase : Enzymes that catalyze the transfer of electron from one molecule to another molecule. We simply say that these enzyme catalyze oxidation-reduction reaction.
